A quick gift bag

In about an hour and a half, I made this bag to hold the gift we will give our daughter on her birthday the end of this week. It isn't quilted (but could have been), but so easy to make. It is 9.5" x 11" not including the handles.

I'm going to tell her if she doesn't have a use for the bag, it is okay to re-gift it. Who knows, maybe someday I'll get it back!

(Sorry about the typo in the title. I fixed it - twice. Sort of like unsewing...)

Nice bag! A re-useable bag - good for the environment! Hope you get it back!

That is a lovely bag. I really like how you used the different fabrics.

Nice gift bag!

I enjoy bags that can go round and round in the gift-giving circle. It's kinda like meeting an old friend if it ever comes back to you.

I didn't realize you had a quilting blog till just the other day, so I had to come and see. (I'm not a quilter, but I sure do appreciate the creativity and beauty that quilters share).

Beautiful bag! I guess with quilting, it would make a softer look, but I like this too.
