Heart in Woven Ribbons

Three "Pay it Forward" packages are in the mail. That was fun!

Now it is time to finish all these heart motif mats/table centers. This is the latest one. It was lots of work, but I always wanted to try this technique. Never again, even though p
utting on the beads made me happy and the overall result is okay.

Such variety in all your heart mats, how creative! I hear you about wanting to try things, and discovering that once is enough! :)

This one is pretty neat. I have done some weaving but not with lace.

My granddaughter said, "I like this one the best of all your quilts. It could be seriously useful."

I'm chuckling because it is seriously fragile, and I'd not want to use it very much! But I guess modern language isn't the same as it used to be. It was a serious compliment too, valued because she rarely says things like that!

I've another one done and will post it later.
